PENDING SCCM Clients Inactive

I have this 2 PCs inactive in the SCCM console.
The SCCM agent client is installed. The firewall on the clients is OFF.
How can I check if the communications between SCCM and client isn't blocked?

If you have just installed the client agents, I would suggest you to wait for some time. The PC may not be communicating with the management point correctly. Start by checking the Configuration Manager properties > actions tab and see how many actions do you see.

Have you put the clients in the staging OU to rule out any GPOs?

HTTPS set up? If so the MP needs a cert for IIS
