PENDING Sccm client status Inactive

Hello Team,

I am facing a problems on SCCM server showing some clinet status inactive & last active status beofre 2 weeks. After reinstall ccmsetup it's getting active. I want when user come in LAN client machine should be in active state. how I can do that.

What do the log say? what troubleshooting have you done already?
