PENDING SCCM client not reflecting in sccm console after exit code 0

SCCM client not reflecting in sccm console after exit code 0, checked all ports working fine ...need some suggestions

What is your SCCM version? Windows client version?

Make sure that the Heartbeat Discovery is enabled.

Client too same heart beat enable already...
For some servers only not reflecting in console
Action Cycles are not loaded(Only 2 cycles came) taking more time ....but ccmsetup showing exit code 0

First, I suggest to you to install the latest KB for 1906 (more details) from the Updates & Servicing node:

Can you share with us the ClientLocation.log and LocationServices.log files located on the client in "%WINDIR%\CCM\Logs" ?

How are you installing the client? Manual or push installation?
Make sure that the boundaries and boundaries groups are correctly configured.

Hi I didnt update tat hotfix...if i do will it fix ??
Most of machines auto push some are manual ...

But for me issue is with some machines ..after installing manually ..exit code will be 0 ,if i check from console it will not reflect

Team, I Have removed client completly it worked and reflected in console ,from machine performed below steps

c:\windows\ccmsetup\ccmsetup.exe /uninstall wait until ccmsetup disappears in taskmgr - then 2. rd c:\windows\ccm 3. rd c:\windows\ccmcache 4. rd c:\windows\ccmsetup 5. del c:\windows\smscfg.ini 6. del HKLM\software\Microsoft\ccm registry keys 7. del HKLM\software\Microsoft\CCMSETUP registry keys 8. del HKLM\software\Microsoft\SMS\ 9. del HKLM\software\Microsoft\Systemcertificates\SMS\Certificates done

Team, it worked for one client but i follwed same steps mentioned above still issue persists...
showing older site code..instead of CHE its showing CHN ..Mr.Prajiwal & Youssef help me out ..logs attached
