Hello,

I am having a problem on some servers.
When I deploy the SCCM client through the SCCM console or even manually, the client starts the installation but does not complete. It then rollbacks.
I can see in the control panel that "Configuration manager" is present, however I only see two actions instead of seeing the whole list ...
I mostly encounter this problem on servers before Windows Server 2016.

Do you have any idea of the problem? I am attaching two logs to you:
- ccmsetup.log
- client.msi.log
Download here (logs are too large to upload on this forum) : https://1drv.ms/u/s!AhVG_FgANbmM4TC1Bb7cg8gD-ToW?e=ZUvlbV

Thanks for your help.

Solution
Hi @Garth, @Prajwal Desai

I found the solution. In the ClientKeyData table, a lot of computers was tagged as "isRevoked = 1". I don't know why ...?

To solve my problem, I have followed this post :
https://forums.prajwaldesai.com/thr...this-smsid-is-marked-as-blocked.863/post-3615

and the source post :
https://www.emmanuelrached.com/2014/09/08/sccm-revoked-clients-registration/

and now the SCCM client installs well FULLY on my servers and I can see all the actions.

If you know why computers was tagged as "IsRevoked" explain me ...

Thanks for your help !
Have you checked your boundaries? I hope you are ONLY using IP Ranges.

CcmSetup is exiting with return code 0 - I guess the client agent is installing fine.
Hi Prajwal,

Like you, I took note of the result of the installation log, however in the logs a lot of things seem to be wrong (if I compare with a full and working installation on other computers).
The agent seems to be installed, however I only see 2 cycle actions, and the object does not go back active in the sccm console.
There is a problem somewhere with these servers, but where?

Thank for your help !

if you are seeing only two active cycles, it is ALMOST always boundaries. What exactly does the logs say?
