PENDING SCCM Client agent failed to submit event to the status agent

Im getting in below error in ccmsetup.log when install the client in my environment.please give any solution to rectify that issue.please rffer below picture

can you upload the log file ?. About the error that you mentioned, do you see the client agent installed ?

We have one envitonment 1806 and another one is 1202.when we pushing client from 1806 to upgrade 1202 client its showing In ccmsetup.log stuck at "Download update:connecting server" for all machines. And please look into tge log which i attached
