PENDING SCCM boot images The specified file cannot be imported

i have installed new 1606 successfully ,unfortunate default boot images didn't appear. i have already done following steps
a)Start "Deployment Tools Command Prompt" elevated.

b) Run Copype.cmd amd64 C:\Winpe

but while importing it gives attached error. please help

What's the ADK version installed ?. Did you check SMSPROV log file for any errors ?. Any Antivirus installed on the server ?.

both ADK for windows 8.1 and 10

no, fully reinstalled. couldn't find the issue. after re installation it is fine

I also faced the same issue. When I installed ADK in user login with admin rights. Later I had login with administrator account and reinstalled ADK. Then the issue was solved
