Good day fellow SCCM Admins

I have an weird one, we installed the SCCM Bitlocker portal on the on of our SCCM servers and all worked just fine. We could retrieve keys with no issue.

But today, I tried and now I am getting this following :

This error appears after you added all your details : Domain, username, 8-digit recover code and reason.

Any idea why this would be? I am not getting anything in the logs as well that would point me in the right direction.

Thanks
Regards

I get the following error when looking at the Trace viewer located at : "C:\inetpub\Microsoft BitLocker Management Solution\Logs\Help Desk Website"

QueryRecoveryKeyIdsForUser: an error occurred while logging an audit event to the compliance database. Message: The EXECUTE permission was denied on the object 'AddRecoveryAuditEvent', database 'CM_##', schema 'Audit'.

Perhaps anyone seen this? Seems to happen every 30 days. Only way to get past this error is to uninstall and re-install the Bitlocker portal.
