PENDING sccm application deployment error

sccm application deployment gets below error
The software change returned error code 0x87D00324(-2016410844)

it contains folder with script xyz.cmd / sccm deployment downloaded and shows in ccmcache , but tries to install and then fails

if the same script run on computer manually from the same folder , it installs ; means sccm application installtion after downloading fails

sccm returned error process 4148 terminated
and application is not installing , getting error
if created package . it shows installed . but nothing happens
it is not related to detection

I suggest to read more into the AppEnforce.log， AppDiscovery.log on your client.

both AppEnforce.log， AppDiscovery.log uploaded as txt
and also application execution command script is added below on the file ( which works manually without sccm)

it is working by selecting the script -----"install for user"
the problem with this is user can delete
why it is not installing by "install for system"
