NEW SCCM 2016 server running SCEP_1902 wizard STUCK ON SETTING DATABASE on SQL server

Hi Guys,

SCCM2016 server installing config manager SCEP_1902 is stuck on setting up the SQL server 2016 SP2 database, it been there for more than 10 hours. I did try this lab a few times on virtual box, no issue but now doing this lab on Hyper V, and got this problem. I tried google but haven't got a fix yet, I have rebuilt my entire lab again, but still, it's stuck on the same point. I can't understand.

Your assistance is appreciated. Logs& picture attached.

Do you have the SQL Server on the same server as SCCM?

What is your SCCM & SQL verion?

Hi Youssef,

Yes, they are on the same server.

SCCM = 2016 server running SCEP_1902
SQL= 2016 SP 2
