PENDING SCCM 2012 R2 OSD Deployment

We have SCCM 2012 R2 installed on Windows 2008 R2 Standard, we initially had a flat network and hence the servers and the desktops were all in one IP Subnet, recently we changed multiple floors with different IP Range and left the servers with the original IP range. Now when we try the OSD Deployment on computers via SCCM Multicast we can multiple errors of Task Sequence. Please let me know which report to check if the Image is distributed from the server to the desktop and also What all settings I have to take care on the network front (we have nexus switch in our office).

What are the errors that you see when you run the task sequence. Are all the computers picking up the task sequence ?. Have you associated the DP to the boundary group ?.

yes, Prajwal all the computers are picking up the task sequence and also the DP is associated with the Boundary Group. I am attaching the error along with this message
