PENDING SCCM 2012 R2 CU4 client installation

Dear Prajwal:
Really appreciate your blog that solved a lot of my issues with SCCM 2012 R2, but i have a question regarding the CU4 updates, i have successfully update SCCM 2012 R2 to CU4, but I found when I was deploying a new installation of windows 8.1 system the SCCM client installed with the new system is still the older version, is it possible to update the CM Client package on sites so that all new windows installation can have the updated CM client installed? or i'll have to install the older version and update the client afterwards?

Have you distributed the configuration manager client package to the DP's ?

Thanks for your reply, in 'Software Library','Application Management', 'Packages' there is a 'Configuration Manager Client Package', it's used to be there and I think it's not been updated with CU4. And the package is distributed to all DPs.
