NEW SCCM 2012 or Hager VER How to Change Site code Primary Server

I have a question please need help
my present work is they changing company name and migrating new AD and Domain
and we have SCCM 1702 how I can change name and new AD and how to change SITE Code to SCCM primary Server

do I have to change discovery method drop old one and discover new AD?
do I have to change IP SCCM Primary Server?
how to Change Company name SCCM Primary server ?
how to change SITE CODE to SCCM primary Server? I thing according to Microsoft is big no not to change?
