PENDING SCCM 1906 : not able to apply hotfix

Hello I recently upgraded to SCCM 1906, and I can see in Update and servicing that Conf Mag 1906 Hotfix roll up is there , which says available to download.
so far I have clicked on download but no process started,
this is been week and I have tried few times again today as well,
but no luck.
I have checked dmpdownloaded log file ( attached ) but still cannot identify anything, how to enable download.
I have checked previous thread about deleting easypayload files but no luck either.

any suggestion what can I do to trigger this download and then apply this patch?

Have your read what the hotfix contains and is it required for your setup ?. Not all hotfixes must be installed before reading what they actually fix.
If the SCCM update is stuck in downloading state try this - https://www.prajwaldesai.com/fix-sccm-update-stuck-downloading-state/
Restart the smsexec and then check for updates.

does it mean that this hotfix is not applicable for my environment?

I cannot see any other details from this logs.
any other suggestion?

I read the entire article and I haven't come across any issue so far, obviously it is just been upgraded so wont know until I see any problem, but I am supposed to download this , isnt it?
