SOLVED SCCM 1610 update HasIntuneSubscription: Site has no Intune subscription

My SCCM still won't show the 1610 update under Updates and Servicing.

Version: 1606
Console version: 5.0.8412.1307
Site version: 5.0.8412.1000

I have all the hotfixes available to me installed, the most recent being KB3202796 installed on 11/14/16.

My dmpdownloader.log keeps showing "HasIntuneSubscription: Site has no Intune subscription"

Over the past week I've repeatedly tried hitting the Check for Updates button, restarting the SMS_EXECUTIVE service, and fully rebooting the server.

Did you run the Enable Early Update Ring script ?. Use the link provided by @Jimmy
