SOLVED SCCM 1606 Failed to download content id

Hi Guys
I have a problem with SCCM 1606. when i try to download the update for deploying to the client i have they cannot be downloaded and i cannot be able to apply them the cleint.
error message like the photo.
when i see in monitoring area the status of software updae point synchronizing it has the error 0X801381500.

Thank you i read this before and don't think my problem is about the running as administrator but after run console as administrator my problem was solved
