PENDING SCCM 1602 Client Push Not Working

Hello,

I am doing a SCCM 1602 install for a client, they currently have 2007 deployed. We are not migrating anything over but installing fresh. I have setup PKI HTTPS only communication by following the terrific tutorials on this site. I did not have any issues installing SCCM but when it came to push Clients to a test Collection I am getting the following Errors in the CCMSETUP.LOG which is attached..

There is one primary, one secondary and 3 DP, boundaries and groups are setup. I am thinking its a PKI issue or an issue with the existing 2007 client on the machines. I could really use some insight as to how to fix the issue.
