PENDING Run PS Script with GUI on ESP Page

Hello,
Hoping to find some help..
I have a PS script with a GUI that I would like to run during the device setup part, I have it setup as a Win32 App the install command is;

ServiceUIx64.exe -process:explorer.exe c:\Windows\System32\WindowsPowershell\v1.0\powershell.exe -Executionpolicy bypass -file GUIScript.ps1

The script runs and I can see the GUI if press Alt-Shift but it will not come to the front of the ESP page, is it possible ??

You have to call out the command prompt "shift + F10" first, otherwise the GUI can be show in the front.
