PENDING restart managed computers at a certain time in SCCM

Hi how are you? I'm very new to SCCM 2012R2, through your web site and your expertise on SCCM i was able to set up SCCM for the organization i work for. Upper management has asked me to reboot all PC's every Sunday at 3:00 am to get updates. My question is, how can I schedule a restart to SCCM managed computers at a certain time? I would greatly appreciate your help on this. Thank you in advance

That can be done by creating a package with no source files and a program that runs shutdown.exe. The same package can be set to run on a collection by choosing the schedule.
