PENDING Remove one patch from patches for select machines

Hello,

Hoping someone can help out on this one. I have one patch that needs to be removed via SCCM from approximately 80 workstations but needs to stay on over 10k workstations. I have had field engineers manually remove but it continues to install itself. It is part of a monthly software update group. What is the best way to complete this? Thanks in advance.

if you have monthly update group just create collection of computers where you dont need to install this and exclude it from rollout collection.
