Hello,
I have a problem with CmRcViewer on certain workstations.
for example, I manage to take control of station X.
but from station X, when I try to take control of another station, I am immediately disconnected
the remote agent tool component is enabled
I checked in CmRcservice.log and I have the following errors
do you have an idea?
