Hi,
I'm using SCCM 2012 to build PC which are unknown to SCCM, which works fine but when user try to rebuild the PCs it doesnt work it through errror message.

If I delete the PC from SCCM then the build works fine.

Is they any way I can allow unknown and know PC to build or rebuild without deleting them

FYI
We Dont have any DHCP servers setup so i'm building USB stick and using that to build a PC

In your case since your system (a client computer in this case) has already been deployed before, ConfigMgr already knows about it. Therefore the Unknown Computer support will not pick it up OSD.

You can try the below steps.
1. I am sure you have deployed your task sequence to the 'All Unknown Computers'. This is to support bare-metal devices or devices that were not imaged even once.
2. Create a collection that should be used for re-imaging devices.
3. Deploy your task sequence to the newly created collection.

Thank you that worked but When PC is build its build with ramadom name. Is it possible for the rebuild PC to have same name as it is in SCCM.
