Looks like there are no disks available. So I'd look into WINPE drivers that are needed for your devices.

Anyone has any updates to this thread? I believe that I am running into a similar issue. Not sure what is causing it. The symptoms: After PXE boot and WINPE environment, its says WinPe is starting up, then just reboots. Not sure where I can get logs to see what is going on. Any assistance is appreciated.
