PENDING Reason for SPN Creation for DB Service Account

Hi
What is the reason that we need to create SPN for the same service account which is used for running the SQL Services?

What happens if we run the services with one account and provide database access to another account and create SPN for this account?

Will there be any issues if we have more than one SPN (servers) for SQL service account?
