SOLVED PXE Boot - NIC goes missing

I'm trying to PXE image a new Dell Latitude 5411 and a Dell Optiplex 7080 . It gets to the point of "configuring network connection" and then reboots. I press F8 and do ipconfig /all and find no NIC. I have added the Network card drivers to the boot.wim.
My work around is that I can connect a USB Ethernet card along with the internal card and get to the task sequence and complete the imaging.

We are able to image older Dell laptops (5491, 5401) without seeing this issue, just the two mentioned above.

Any idea to what I'm missing or the next steps? Driver conflict on the boot.wim?

Resolved

I rebuilt and redistributed the boot.wim. Downloaded the latest WINPE from Dell (A20). It was a bit more complicated since we had recently upgraded SCCM and so I had to update the ADK too.
