PENDING Problem to Upgrade SCCM 2103

Kindly I have SCCM upgrade problem , upgrade stuck i this step, it has been 6 hours and upgrade still Stuck :

Yes I found this problem :

INFO: Failed to copy the file [\\?\D:\Microsoft Configuration Manager\CMUStaging\8F4FEBB7-F5C4-4D73-893F-29042015727F\SMSSetup\AI\LUTables.enc] to [\\?\D:\Microsoft Configuration Manager\AI\LUTables.enc] (LastError=3).

Error 3 means The system cannot find the path specified.

So does the file exist? does you AV block or lock the file when CM setup is trying to access it? Have you reviewed your AV logs?

there is no folder named AI under path D:\Microsoft Configuration Manager we have only windows defender and we just turned it off

Just because an error is listed doesn't mean there is a problem. You need to review the whole log file, you can't cherry pick issues out of the log file, as context is everything.
