NEW OSD Task sequence - untrusted forest

We have added a new untrusted forest to out existing domain and everything pretty much was configured gradually and working correctly when it comes to agent rollout and software distribution.
Untrusted domain has its own Distribution Point and we're trying to get OSD to work.
PXE boot starts up fine and connects to the correct DP during the boot process and we get to the task sequence. Once we hit next, it throws "The task sequence cannot be run because the program files for PKG00002 cannot be located on distribution point...."
If we look at the smsts logs, we only see the 3 errors below:
Content location request for PKG00002:23 failed. (Code 0x80040102)
Failed to resolve selected task sequence dependencies. Code(0x80040102)
ThreadToResolveAndExecuteTaskSequence failed. Code(0x80040102)
Setting wizard error: This task sequence cannot be run because the program files for PKG00002 cannot be located on a distribution point.
We have re-distributed the package few times and we know there is nothing wrong with the package as we are able to get OSD working on the trusted site.
I have ran out of ides on what else I can try and seeking some advice.
