NEW OS Error 1305: Logon Failure

Good morning. I am missing a permission setting, but cannot locate. The error says "OS Error 1305: Logon Failure. The user has not been granted the requested logon type...". The user is the Configuration server. Can anyone tell me what setting I missed?
