PENDING One of the server not able to communicate near Location Clients

I have been struggling one of the location secondary site server under location not installed SCCM Agent 's not able to finding Primary site location
And Site comments went to critical mode.
However not able to resolved critical mode
Please give me how Can fix below attached errors
