SOLVED Office 365 Updates - Uknown devices

Hi all!
Since monday I'm trying to push new office 365 updates, because some of our users have still the 2008 version.
But when I checked the status of the deployment, it's showing the devices only within the "Unknown" status, see:


When I open "more details" from one device, there is no more information.
What else can I check? Or which log-file can I check to see what's happening?

Yesterday morning I created everything new again and pushed it to the clients, but I'm having still the same issue.
