PENDING Office 365 download files error

Hi all,

i tried to use the Microsoft Office 365 deployment wizard in SCCM 2111 but i have this error and nothing is downloaded (i only want to download the files and don't deploy it for the moment) :


If i try to download package AND deploy it, i have the same error but with code = 12157

I verified on my company FW traffic management and nothing is blocked.
The Windows updates are successfully downloaded from MS and distributed to client
I tried to find something in the logs files but i don't know which one can help me ...

Did someone had this trouble ?

i use this command to download the whole thing into one folder and deply from my CM. where setup.exe is the O365 online installer

Setup.exe /download "path to your configuration xml file"
