PENDING Not moving from Setting up SQL Database

Morning/Afternoon chaps.

New to this.

Yesterday I started to install my labs on Azure, everything connected, DC, SQL Server, Client and SCCM 1902. When running the SCCM Setup wizard checks I was prompted for the account to verify connection to database but I knew that was there as I had manually connected. Anyway, I carried on the the install and the setup of the SQL server Database has been stuck without erroring (still running) for the past 12 hours. Any help would be appreciated.

I have attached the logs and you can see the time it has been running,

Hi Prajwal, thought I had posted the log. Eventually got it sorted by reinstalling SQL, wizard was a pain. Finally made it through the set up.

Setting up in the cloud, azure in the free test, so slow going to set up an on prem virtual environment
