I can confirm that SCCM detects the client's MAC address but somehow fails to deploy the task sequence which is deployed to unknown computers.

In the SMSPXE log file it says - Using Task Sequence deployment BCS20004, but the client machine is not receiving anything.

Please refer to the log file, and any help is appreciated. I am using PXE responder service not WDS. Server and client both are in the same network (VLAN 2) so haven't used IP helper.

Are you manually importing the devices into SCCM for OSD.

PXE: 00:50:56:95:EB:2E: 0, , SMBIOS ID is NOT a match, MAC Address is NOT a match.
PXE: 00:50:56:95:EB:2E: No valid system records.
PXE: 00:50:56:95:EB:2E: Client machine is UNKNOWN.

No! I was trying to PXE boot brand new device. We are using the same USB to ethernet adapter for multiple devices so manually added MAC address under duplicate hardware identifier but not sure what exact issue is.
