Hi everyone
I'm having problem with reporting list of computers with "No definitions found on the client" (SCEP protection). I found it on: Monitoring / Endpoint protection status / System center 2012 R2 Endpoint protection status / Operational status on clients / No definitions found on the client.
If I click the link, SCCM generates a list with computer names - they should be without SCEP protection. But if I check SCEP on these computers, there is everything OK with SCEP protection - it is updated today.
Can anyone explain me why these computers are on the list as "No definitions found on the client" ?

Best regards,
Dusan.

Hi Dusan

I have got the same Problem. I have update the SCEP Client on the Distributions Points from 4.10.207.0 to 4.10.209.0 and after that I have got no more information.
Also under "Enpoint Protection Remediation Information" i got "remediation status service not running"

Solution: just a restart from the Server, SCEP was installed sussefully but it look like without a restart hi dont finisched well.

Regards
Mela

Hi Mela

Thank you for your replay. Can you tell me what kind of restart from the server do you mean? I must say that workstations are daily restarted (turned on in the morning and turned off at the afternoon).

Regards, Dusan.

Hi Dusan

I have got the same Problem, but not on the same situation.
I have not deploy the version 4.10.209.0 to the Clients, at the moment only to the SCCM Distributions Points Server. The 2012 R2 server update the information without Problem, but the 2008 R2 need to be restarted.
I will go ahead with some test Client, we are using W7 x64, I will let you know if we experience any Problems.

ps: have you already try to check/repair the SCCM Client form the Console?

regards
mela

Hi Mela
Sorry for delay. In the meantime I have tried to uninstall SCEP and SCCM client. It helped and the problem has gone. Thanks a lot.

regards, Dusan
