NEW .Net 4.62 SCCM Deployment Failed with Error 0x87D00213(-2016411117) Timeout Ocurred

Hi,
i try to deploy .Net 4.62 to a device collection that contains about 50 devices.
The deployment was required -
The installation successfully endeed only on 8 devices.
on the other the resuly was
