But I can clearly see from the log snip it that the client IS starting the install process. So why do you say it is NOT installed? Did you look at the client to review its logs?but nevertheless it does not install the client, any record that I should share?

What make you think it is an MP issue?I have reinstalled MP and I have followed the guides, but without successful results, any log that I should share?
yes , IP address range and Active Directory SiteBoundary and boundary groups are defined correctly?.

Yes. there is no need for AD boundaries if you are only using IP ranges.If I should delete the active directory sites and leave only the ip ranges
