PENDING Moving Primary database from one drive to another san drive on same server

Can you please help me with the complete procedure to move my SCCM 2012 primary database from local drive to other sanstorage drive on same server..

Appropriate if any one can help with if there any prerequisites or checks before moving the database and procedure to complete success DB movement..
