SOLVED Migrate SCCM 2012 R2 from old server Hardware

I would like to know how to migrate our SCCM 2012 R2 from old Hardware Server to a new Hardware server plus installing the latest version of SCCM on it without interrupting the current operation.

The current infrastructure is as follow;
1- one Server Carrying MP, DP, SUP, PXE Boot,....
2- one server Carrying Database , and Reporting.
3- three distribution points.

You can install ConfigMgr on the new hardware with a new site and migrate the resources from old setup to new setup. Check this article.
