SOLVED Microsoft Project 2016 install error exit code 1608

Hy,
i deploy Project 2016 and also Visio2016 on a virtual machine and it failed with this error

no errors on Appdiscovery.log



What's the problem?
Can anoyone suggest me something?

1608 ERROR_UNKNOWN_PROPERTY This is an unknown property.

Check if the client machine is downloading all the installation files to cachefolder. Try manually running the setup from ccmcache and if you see the same error then check your source installation files.
