When I use the Create Task Sequence option the process go through with the above error. The OS flash drive create also fails with error code 0x8007002 in the task sequence step of 'Set Powershell Executing Policy.' I also tried a created ISO image and mounted it and capture to a flash drive. Once I ran the drive on a test computer I receive a error code in the task sequence step of 'Apply Operating System' code 0x80070003. I do not know what the issue is and I have tried several possible fixes online to no avail.
