NEW MAnagement Point Issue in Secondary site server

Hi sir,
I am facing Management point issue with error 500 and i have done below changes.
1. Ran command as per this link.
2. done with this also.
3. Ran Command.
4. before doing this all i removed the MP role and Added successfully and checked mpsetup.log but mpcontrol.log shows below error
