PENDING Issue with Reports not being in folders

We just recently migrated our existing SCCM environment to new hardware. Had some issues but they were resolved (needed to extend schema and such). Everything is working well now and when I go into my System Status, the components are all green. Which is great (thanks to resources from this site!). Only problem I am having now is that when I go into Reports (under Reporting), all of the reports are listed but all listed right there, without being in subfolders. Just a list of all of the reports. When I go into the SSRS manager, all of the reports are there and they are in subfolders. Also, when I go to 'C:\Program Files\SMS_SRSRP\Reports' on the reporting server, they are listed with folders as well. Yet, when I go from the console, it's just a flat list of all of the reports. What did I miss?

I have found that issue is a temporary issue and is relating to SQL/SSRS/PBRS/Network/ CPU/Etc. being overload and 90% of the time a refresh will bring everything back.
