SOLVED Issue while creating stand alone image in task sequence wizard

Hi,
I am getting error while creating stand alone media, using task sequence wizard.
ISO path is on same server. Task sequence are working fine, when we are booting from sccm pxe.

Error : Media creation failed with error message: 'The system cannot find the path specified.' Refer to CreateTsMedia.log file to find more details.

below are error in log file :
CContentDefinition::GetFileProperties failed; 0x80070003
Failed to find properties of file intcdaud.cat
PackageMgr::CalculateSizeFromContentLibrary failed; 0x80070003
Faile to calculate size of content for package SG100006
Error executing first single pass
Failed to create media (0x80070003)
CreateTsMedia failed with error 0x80070003, details=''

Got solution for above issue.
