SOLVED Is it possible to send custom notifications using Intune on a Corporate-owned dedicated devices?

Hi Team,
Following this url - https://www.prajwaldesai.com/send-custom-notifications-using-intune/, I am trying to send custom notifications to all Corporate-owned dedicated devices (Using global administrator account). The message states that custom notifications were successfully delivered, however no message displays on any of our Android dedicated devices.

Please note, these Android devices are enrolled into Intune without a user account. i.e., company portal was installed but not registered with any account.

Please assist.

I understand that a device registered without a user account will not be able to send notification.
We have already enrolled more than 60 devices.
Do we have any other options for sending notifications?

There is currently no option if we enrolled the device without a user account.
