Hi,

we can't access the intune devices with the admin share c$.

The Intune-Client is connected to auzure ad and connected to local network. The other device is of course also connected to local network
and is local domain joined. For the Intune-Client it is possible to access the local domain joined device admin share c$. But local Client to intune
device is not possible.

tested settings with no success:
- Network discovery and printer sharing is activated.
- Firewall is for test deactivated
- REG-Key is set: REG ADD HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\system /v LocalAccountTokenFilterPolicy /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f

Which settings are necessary for the intune device?

Thanks :)

Hi Prajwal,

thanks for your reply. I think the 'file and printer sharing' in firewall settings was the trick.
The Intune-Client is now accessible in the same vlan. But across vlans the Intune-Cliend share C$ is only accessible by ip-address.

although ICMP is enabled due following command it is still not possible to ping the Intune-Client:

netsh advfirewall firewall add rule name="ICMP Allow incoming V4 echo request" protocol=icmpv4:8,any dir=in action=allow
