PENDING Installing Windows store app using reference computer

Hi Prajwal,
I am using sccm 2012 R2 to push a windows app from windows stores to client machines (windows 8 and 10).
When I am creating the application package and selecting
Create application package > type: windows app package (in windows app store) > location > browse > computer name > connect
this is always failed.

Following is the error: the connection to the remote computer failed. ensure that the windows remote management is configured on the remote computer and then try again.

I check the several different clients but the same error. All these clients are active and I can get the remote control of the same clients.
I also tried to power off the firewall but still the same.

can you pleas guide me how can I install windows app to client machines.
