Costumer I'd should be put at an Application
How can I do that Deployment Simply

You need to contact the vendor and ask them how to deploy it within an enterprise. Only they will know the answer.

Vender already gave Costumer Id
I tried as normal package model package Cames Software Center But not Download package

Again you need to talk to the vendor and ask them HOW to deploy it in an Enterprise without prompting for the CustomerID. Only they can tell you how to do this.

We have Customer ID but we don't know how we need to create Package SCCM before deplyding we know about package creations and Programs Create right
