PENDING Installing Application Via TS OSD

i am really thankfull to you for replying.

But application not installed and showing yellow exclamination mark.
So kindly guide me. How do i install application via task sequence.

which logs do you have?
SMSTS.log, DynamicApplicationsList.log are including in zip file.
Kindly help me Sir Garth.
