PENDING Install SCCM client agents on workgroup computers

I have a bunch of work group servers in my environment and I want to install sccm client on those servers. I am referring this link but can not figure out what is my SCL ID and other stuff. Can anyone show me an easy way to install client on work group machines? I have SCCM 1702 installed with separate SQL.

SCL ID is the site code and your SCCM site will have also have 3 letter site code which you must use it while installing the client agent. First of all ensure that client must be able to resolve the FQDN of the management point and then perform the steps provided in the video.
