SOLVED In-place of Upgrade from windows 10 1709 having error on few systems

Hello,

We are running windows 10 Upgrade from 1607 to 1709. Few of our user having error. while running upgrade.

From the log file I see the upgrade failed with the following error. Windows Setup failed with hexadecimal exit code 0x8007001F. What version of ConfigMgr are you using ?. We are using 5.00.8577.115.
There was enough space available on systems almost 130 GB

Please note, its only few systems in our Group which having this error. Around 20 out of 100 having this issue.

can you send the complete log file ?. I think it needs be analysed for some more errors if any.

its been fixed after unload Trend Micro.
