I am facing issue to Hybrid Joined Devices, we have around 1400 EP having Windows 10 & Windows 11 . 800 devices are synced from intune through GP created in AD but there are EP which are not synced . I have tried to do dsregcmd /join ,dsregcmd /status getting the tenant details but EP still not sycned in intune . when i run the gpupdate /force "

Windows failed to apply the MDM Policy settings on Microsoft Entra hybrid joined devices" . How can i troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

Hy,
can you confirm that everything is fine under Synchronization Service Manager on your Entra Cnnect server?
Try to sync the object from both sides, Intune and Entra Connect, and check if it triggers anything on the device.
Try to get more information with dsregcmd /debug and check the information.
I would also proceed with isolating and troubleshooting a device to understand what is happening.
Good luck !
